1. Login to your e-service account https://www.e.batelco.com/eservices/Login Need help in login?


    2. You will receive an OTP verification, please enter the OTP code that sent to the contact number       and email address registered in the eServices.
 

 3. Trust the device 



4.From My services Dropdown menu, chose Shifting line



5. Select External Shift




6. You may choose by account Number and Circuit Number and then click on Next



7. Enter the New location Address, contact Name and contact number and the Date/Time slot required



8. Click on Next


9. Order Summery will appear, click on Place Order



10. Confirmation
