2.You will receive an OTP verification, please enter the OTP code that sent to the contact number and email address that registered in the eServices.
3. Trust the device
4. Keep the curser on My services and Click on Sim Replacement from the drop down menu
5. Choose eSim and Select the number from the number selection.
6. Click on Next
7. Confirm the terms & Condition by ticking the box
8. Click on Activation eSIM
9. OTP will be sent to the user and the email registered.
10. Enter the OTP code and click on Next
11. the new eSIM QR code will show on screen and an email with the QR will be sent to the email registered.
12. User to scan the QR and the sim will be changed to eSIM.
