1. Login to your e-service account https://www.e.batelco.com/eservices/Login Need help in login? 
  2.  You will receive an OTP verification, please enter the OTP code that sent to the contact number and email address that registered in the eServices .


    3. Trust the device 



  3. Click on My services




     4.  chose Sim Replacement from the dropdown menu



5. Choose the number and choose Physical sim or eSim


6. Enter the new sim card number


7. Click on Confirm
